Curtiss P-40M Kittyhawk

The following texture requires Krzysztof Malinowski's GMAX P-40M (Version 2) model for both CFS2 and FS2002.  The model can be downloaded from Simviation.com by clicking HERE.

 A29-310 was originally allocated the USAAF serial 43-5508 before being delivered to the RAAF in March 1943.  It was operated by No. 2 Operational Training Unit at Mildura, Victoria and was flown by Sqn Ldr Lou Spence on at least one occasion.
The aircraft was involved in a crash landing on January 11, 1945 where it received minor damage.  In July 1947 the aircraft was destroyed at the Werribee bombing range.

 A29-321 was originally allocated USAAF serial 43-5644 and delivered to the RAAF in March 1943.  The aircraft served with 86 Squadron as MP-W.

 A29-359 "Jen 1", was the personal aircraft of Squadron Leader Stan Galton, the second Commanding Officer of No. 86 Squadron.
