Black Magic was originally flown by FO Blackmore and later became the personal aircraft of Flt Sgt Leonard Waters, the first Aboriginal fighter pilot to fly with the RAAF.  The aircraft served with 78 Squadron.
There is currently a bit of a debate over the exact identity and markings of Black Magic, however the textures represented here have been taken from Geoffrey Pentland's 'RAAF Camouflage & Markings 1939-45 Vol 2'.
